1How do I apply to become a EBRGH Participant?
In order to become a participant, the individual or guardian must fill out an application and come tour our facility. There are multiple ways to pay for services. A client can self-pay or use their Medicaid Waiver to become a participant. The Medicaid Waiver application process is on the Agency for Persons with Disabilities website (http://apd.myflorida.com/customers/application/). 2What are your hours of operation?
The EBRGH is open 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday. We are closed for all major holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).

4What kind of donations does your organization accept?
We accept monetary donations by cash or check. You can donate online with your credit card. In addition, EBRGH always accepts arts & crafts, board games, puzzles, hygiene items, Clorox wipes, copy paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, office supplies, music cds, movies, iPads, new or used vehicles and a variety of other items. 5How can I get involved?
